Whether in a profession or a mission, gaining continuous knowledge, developing awareness, transforming attitudes, modifying behaviour and evolving a sense of ethics are salient characteristics of an effective organization. Although there is an immense emphasis on imparting technical training in corporate and government organizations, it is being increasingly recognized that training for interpersonal skills and developing positive attitudes towards life and work carry cardinal significance.
