Our Philosophy

Learning is a lifelong activity. Whether in a profession or a mission, gaining continuous knowledge, developing awareness, transforming attitudes, modifying behaviour, and evolving a sense of morality are the characteristics of an integrated personality who is dedicated to holistic individual and institutional growth. Although there is immense emphasis on imparting technical training in specialized government departments, it is being recognized, however, that training for honing interpersonal skills and developing positive attitudes towards life and work is no less important. The Academy believes that training is the key to national development.
